CSOAC is proud to be involved in this program and has been given a clean opinion ever since we became involved in this program. We have been reviewed 4 times, most recent being 10/30/06. AccomplishmentsIN 1999, C. S. OATS ACCOUNTANCY CORP. was the winner of “The Family Life Enhancement Award” for the entire state, for the Company Category: Under 50 Employees. Recognizing it’s commitment to and innovative programs for employees and their families. Fourteen years ago, Clarion Health’s Buchanan Counseling Center began awarding The Family Life Enhancement Award to Companies throughout Indiana that lead the way in offering family-sensitive policies and programs for employees. The criteria for winning that award is: * The mission of the business has a concern for the well-being of employees and their families. * The human resources policies and other programs of the business support an employee’s physical and emotional well-being, including concern for a newborn child, children’s parents, dependant parents, family health and well-being through health insurances programs and other employee assistance programs.
